Yes—points rotate every 180 days. Shop at least once in that timeframe to keep them active. You can check your points anytime in the Sunrise mobile app, through your digital wallet link, or by asking your Budtender in-store.
Messaging is the only way we can notify you about earned rewards and exclusive offers. These rewards will appear in your wallet, and your Budtender can help you redeem them in-store.
You’ll miss out on higher-tier rewards and exclusive offers. To opt in, log into your wallet, open your profile, scroll to the bottom, update your communication settings, save, and allow 12–24 hours for the update to take effect.
